As a full service broker, Link-Allen will provide the listed services free of charge. We take pride as we excel in being fast, efficient and comprehensive customer service broker as well as giving our customers full attention to detail.

Simplified Enrollment For All Plans

We take care of all your enrollment needs and give you confirmation of effective dates once the application has gone through underwriting. Should there be any issues in the application process, it will be resolved by Link-Allen.

Benefit Review/Comparison

Request a Benefit Review and Link-Allen will provide it; it does not have to be at the time of your Renewal. Hear of a Plan that you wish to look at, call our Account Managers; they will provide you with a Comparison of Plans.

Open Enrollment

Conducting “Open Enrollment” meetings is something any good broker does. Effectively communicating the plan benefits and details to employees is paramount in employee satisfaction.  Link-Allen can conduct these meetings on an annual, semi-annual or quarterly basis, depending on the need of the employer. We assist with everything from helping to fill out the applications to one on one meeting with employees to address any benefit issues/questions.

Reconciliation Of Premium Statements

We will make sure all charges, enrollment, terminations or credits are correct. We will take care of any inaccuracies and get the bill regenerated if need be.

Claims Handling And Problem Resolution

Just contact our Account Managers and we will take it from there. We will keep you posted as things progress. Out Account Managers will solve the problem or give you the solution/procedure for correcting the issue.

Cobra/HIPAA

Giving clients information, documentation on COBRA and HIPPA (as well as FMLA and other related laws or programs) is a part of our standard service. COBRA and HIPAA are important issues and you can rely on Link-Allen to give you the answers and the assistance to ensure your group stays in compliance.

Cafeteria/Flex Spending Accounts

For Full Service Clients, Link-Allen uses AFLAC for the maintenance and administration of a Cafeteria, Flex Spending and Section 125 Plans. Link-Allen has had a longstanding relationship with AFLAC.
